Yes, absolutely, completely free! We don't believe in showing you one price and charging you another - it's the 21st century and shipping should, and will always be free (atleast here at Glee Glee).

We try to send shipments out as soon as possible because we know what it's like waiting for that package to arrive. In most cases, your order will be dispatched on the day, if placed before 1 pm. However, if we're really jammed, it may take a few days. Once your order has shipped, our delivery partners usually reach out to you.

We work with well-reputed delivery partners, so delivery usually happens within 3-5 business days after shipment , depending on your location. Metro cities tend to take less time, whereas more remote locations may take longer. We do our best to reduce delivery times where possible, and follow up on each order periodically.

We work with multiple delivery partners to allow us to reach as many zip codes in India as possible. You can check if your zip code is serviced, on the product pages, on our website. If your zipcode is not serviceable, please email or WhatsApp us and we will find a way to send your your products.

Yes, absolutely! We understand that privacy can be a concern, so we’ve made the Glee Glee buying experience as discreet and seamless as possible. When placing an order through our website, all transactions will be displayed as “Glee Glee India Private Limited” in your emails and bank account statements. All packages are shipped in plain cardboard boxes with no Glee Glee branding, or product details on the outside. Still, we'd recommend ordering to an address where you're able to receive the package yourself, to avoid unwanted interceptions. If you have any other special considerations or requests regarding the shipping, please send us an email, and we’ll do our best to help you out.

We'll shoot you an email confirmation, which will be your receipt. If you don't have an email ID, you'll receive a text when our shipping partner picks up your items. If payment has been deducted from your account and you don't hear from us, reach out and we'll help you out.

Once you have your order tracking number, you can use our Track Order  page to check on the status. If that doesn't scratch your itch, reach out and we'll see how we can help you out.

Your tracking number will be assigned to you once your order has been dispatched. You should receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. We do our best to ship all your items together, so that it’s convenient and environmentally friendly too. But sometimes certain products aren’t immediately available, in which case we may send them separately. We’ll be sure to keep you posted on all the details of your shipment.

We take most forms of digital payment, including all types of credit & debit cards (i.e. Visa, Mastercard, Amex), most wallets & UPI (i.e. Paytm, Google Pay etc.), and net banking. We're always working on adding more forms of payment (hello crypto)!

Yes! You can opt for COD during checkout, for an additional cost. Please note that COD orders take longer to process and may need additional verification, so you may receive a call from us, just to confirm your order.

Usually you can cancel your order within 24 hours by reaching out to us. However, we try to ship our orders out as soon as possible, so once your order has been shipped we won't be able to process any cancellations.

Firstly, If you've received a damaged or defective product, then we're sorry! We work really hard on quality control and this may have slipped through the cracks. Your refund can take 5-7 business days from the date we receive the returned item. The length of time for the refund to reflect in your account is also dependent on bank processing times.

Yes! We offer a warranty on all our electronic devices against any defects or malfunctions, for up to 100 days from the original date of delivery. To activate your free warranty, all you need to do is scan the QR code on the warranty card you received with your order and fill out some simple details. Yes, our products are completely safe. Our team has tried and tested each product rigorously, and we have a robust beta-testing program in place too. Made in reputable factories, our products have also been registered/certified, where necessary. That being said, every body is different - so if you have sensitive skin or have any averse reaction, please stop using immediately and consult a doctor.

If you face any discomfort or irritation, discontinue use of the product immediately. If you have an adverse or allergic reaction, consult your doctor. Those with sensitive skin are advised to do a patch test beforehand.

Yes, most of our products are made with organic ingredients - we generally try to stay away from the nasty stuff. Take a look through the individual product pages for a detailed description of whats inside.

While most products are chemical free, compounds are used in Glide to get the right viscosity. These are completely safe, and do not make Glide any less natural. In fact, Glide is free of most other harmful chemicals often found in competing products (e.g. parabens)

Yes, our products are vegan friendly.

Unless you consume a large amount, there should be no major side-effects from ingesting any of our products, other than (maybe) a loose stomach. That being said, try snacking on something else instead. If you have any adverse or allergic reactions, please consult your doctor immediately.
